The thrill of anything new, YES, including boys is only temporary. Things can only be new for so long and then, well they become normal and sometimes even boring. You are worth too much to just date anyone, you deserve the best, the very best partner for you. Throughout your teenage years, all you should be concerned about is getting to know yourself and drawing closer to God. Ask God to prepare your husband for you and allow Him to prepare you to be his wife. Trust His timing and trust that His match making skills are far greater than yours or anyone else's.
God wants what you want, but His timing is not our timing, focus on yourself rather than finding a boyfriend and understand that all the emotions and thrill of something or someone new, is only new for a short period of time and then you have to deal with what's left. Be Bold. Be Brave. Be You.
